Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 17.09.18. Clear golden. Small, but persistent, white head. Excellent aroma and taste of fresh ginger and pale malt. A solid ginger bite is lingering on. Would be an excellent ale for ocean sailing.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy light amber with little off-white head. Distinct aroma of ginger. Taste is slightly bitter. Thin bodied, dry mouthfeel, slightly bitter finish.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, moderate white head. Distinct aroma of ginger, also citrus and a hint of chili. Light bodied. Dry flavour, distinct notes of ginger and chili, but not overwhelming. Some citrus, moderate bittering hops. Refreshing.

Bottle. An unclear orange colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is more or less ginger and only that, with the flavor more or less the same. Some ginger-burn and a touch of chili burn, rather thin, with a low carbonation. A faint hint of pale malts and generic fruityness in the finish, with some woody hints. Not my kind of beer, and in general I think most ginger beers should have less ginger. 180825
