On tap at BD57. An orange colored beer, hazy, topped by a nice-looking off-white to white head. Curtains. The aroma has a faint caramel note, diacetyl, some bread and a generic fruityness. Citrus, orange notes and some pine cones. The flavor has less diacetyl, but it’s still present, with a nice bitterness. Some sweet notes, with caramel and bread notes, citrus and pine cones and a fresh fruity flavor. Full body and a nice carbonation level, mostly on a sweet side, with a long hop driven finish with the malts in the back. The aroma is less interesting than the flavor, and in general the beer feels a tad dull, but it’s sure drinkable. 170611

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, old rotten lawn, old cat piss, flowers, hay, fruit stones, very overripe tropical fruits, bark, minerals, sulfur. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish grassy, wet lawn, fruit stones, oatmeal, minerals, old citrus peel, soil, very overripe tropical fruits, cardboard, booze, harsh hops, bark, moss. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry medical mouthfeel. Meh!

BD57 110617. Golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, caramel. Flavor is fruit, malt, hop, yeast, toffee, grapefruit, pine, resin, hint of butterscotch. Medium body. OK beer.

Gulbrun klar med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter tuttifrutti, smørmalt, fløtekaramell og noe vanilje. Middels minus fylde. Middels pluss i bitterhet. Sitrusskall, sitrus og lett karamell. Noe pepperig. Lang.
