Fiskåbanen 240721. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is oranges, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is oranges, tropical fruit, pine, grapefruit, fruit, malt, spices. Easy nice drinkable beer.

Can. It pours an unclear orange colored body under a finger-thick white head leaving some lacing. The aroma is quite mellow, with tropical fruityness, mango, citrus zest, peach hints, pine cones and some spiced, grassy notes. Honey dew melon and a good dash of alcohol as well as a light earthy funkyness too. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and smoothly carbonated, with a quite low bitterness level. The flavor is more on the orangey side, less straigthforward tropical than the aroma, with some malty sweetness, a hint of alcohol, and quite a lot of kveik flavors. Earthy, faintly funky, with herbal hints, grass and some fruity esters. Banana, peach, melon. Lasting fruity finish. Quite Double IPA-ish, mellow, with a kveikish touch. Nice indeed, even though it's not as punch-in-your-face hoppy as many modern beers in this direction. 210622

Can. Hazy orange body under a lacing, creamy white head. Strong juicy aroma with citric and tropical fruit, the tropical dominates and some pine aromas also to be found. Taste like aroma, lots of juicy fruit dominated by tropical fruit. Some zest and pine with rather sharp grassy bitterness to be following by some acholic sting. Fine body and same fruity aftertaste that ends quite bitter with alcohol. Quite nice with lots of fruity taste, not able to recognize any Kveik flavors but assume it’s playing along with all the fruity flavors. Feels a bit to bitter and alcoholic at the end for the style even if I prefer my NEIPAs strong in alcohol. .
