Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, dark reddish color. Aroma is sweet sour-ish grassy, unripe cherries, sour grass, cherry winegum, berry skin, minerals, weeds, old lawn, light malts, sorrel, fruit salt. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour cherries, berry skin, fruit salt, cherry winegum, minerals, dried cherries, sour grass, fruit stones, hints of citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Weird.

0,44 boks fra apoteket i Straensenteret, hjemme: dyp rubinrød med fint skum som varer. Deilig aroma og smak av modne kirsebær og nyplukkede bringebær, tilsatt en dash bjørnebær fra hagen. Saftig og god fra første til siste slurk.

Can. An unclear deep red beer with a minimal sized pink head. The aroma is quite bready and sort of buttery, with lots of cherry. Guess the berries are responsible for that buttery scent. It's medium to full-bodied, quite smooth on the palate, with cherry flavors dominating. Bread, yoghurt, hints of butterscotch and some lemon too. Rather yoghurty finish. Delicious berry aroma and flavor, else I'm not impressed at all. 201231
