On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma of lactic acid and plums. Moderately sour flavour, notes of lactic acid and Opal plums again. Low bitterness.

Bottle @ Brygghuset. Almost clear golden body under a small white head. Aroma has pale malt and generic sour fruit, feels very clean with mild acidity. Not funky at all, feels refreshing and smooth in the nose. Taste goes in the same direction, clean, soft pale malt, refreshing acidic fruit, obvious plum but not 100% sure I would have nailed it as plum in a blind test. There is also a hint of citric fruit and grapes here. Very balanced in flavor and body, feels natural with a long lasting smooth and fresh aftertaste. Nice and solid without pushing the limits.

Bottle, at Apotekergården. An orange colored beer with a small offwhite head. The aroma has a faint rubbery hint, with orange sourness, lemony sour notes, and some notes of pale malts. It's tart and medium to full bodied, softly carbonated, with flavors of grapefruit, passionfruit hints, some plum and hints of malts. Lasting finish. A pleasant sour indeed. Rating: 7-4-7-4-14-3.6. 201114

Bottle, at home. Tried another one, which now after one and a half year feels much more mellow and rich, with the plums actually getting some room to play. The rubbery notes are gone, it still feels tart but in a strange way also less tart and acidic. Rhubarb has invaded the space earlier controlled by passionfruit, and there's even a touch of dried apricot. A pity this was released so early, as it sure needed some maturing to really shine. Really nice now this one. 220408
