Growler at company party. Clear golden body with a moderate sized white head. Aroma is mild citric fruity with some acidity and hint of minerals. Flavor is smooth pale malt, minerals, refreshing acidic, fruity and almost just a faint hint of pineapple. Medium body and refreshing aftertaste. Quite light and super refreshing, I’m positively surprised of the light pineapple influence as this is a flavor where it’s so easy to overdo and ending up just with something silly. This was superb as a tasty thirst-quencher.

Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, hint of pineapple and citrus. Taste is light sweet and light sour with an average slightly dry, grainy, citrus and light tart finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl growler fill. A hazy golden colored beer with a small white head. Some lacing. Lemony sour aroma with a bready touch. Not much pineapple initially, but it shows up after a while. Still, it's more on the citrusy side. It's tart and medium bodied, nicely carbonated, with pleasant lemony and grapefruity flavors. A nice pineapple flavor too, along with some bread and a touch of grass. Lasting mostly fruity finish. A tasteful and very refreshing beer indeed. 200607
