Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, passionfruit, hint of vinegar, citrus and oak. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long tart, dry, passionfruit, citrus and oak finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Solsletta 160522. Deep golden color with a white head. Aroma is vinegar, sourness. Flavor is vinegar, sourness, berries, lemon, grass, raspberries, red current.

Bottle, 75cl. It's almost clear in the glass, deep golden in color, with a small, dense white head. Berry-driven aroma with vinegar sourness, lemon hints and a hint of pale malts. It's medium to full-bodied, tart and softly carbonated, with lots of red berry flavors. Vinegar, some pale malts and a faint grassy hint. Yoghurt notes. Refreshing, but not really my kind of beer. 220516

8-3-7-4-15 Bottle, foeder 101 pull 4,more than four years before bbd. Pours clear orange, with an enormous creamy head quickly receding to finger thickness. Aroma is acidic fruity notes of currants, berries, sour candy and bretty fruits with grapes and apples, as well as barnyard with hay and wooden notes. Medium body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is acidic fruity notes of currants, rhubarb, raspberries, sour candy and bretty fruits with grapes, as well as barnyard with wood and minerals.
