Håndverkeren 130522. Deep golden color with a white head. Aroma is yeast, fruit, malt, alcohol. flavor is yeast, fruit, malt, bread, pine, grain, alcohol, citrus, oranges.

Bottle. Unclear golden body under a huge, foamy off-white head. A bit weak in aroma, almost similar to a Kölsch or Pilsner where the Tettnanger hops dominates. Taste is refreshing with medium sweet pale malt, grain, bread and grassy hops, just a hint of citric fruit. Decent bitterness. Balanced body and same aftertaste ending with a fine bitter touch. Can not say to identify the salt here. Interesting take on the Lager.

Bottle, 375ml. It's foggy in the glass, golden in color, with a minimalistic white head. Fruity aroma, sweetish and lightly alcoholic, with bready malts, some pine cone and a grassy touch. Some peppery hints. It's full bodied and quite sweet on the palate, nicely carbonated, which in this case means gently, with a light warmth. A nice bitterness shows up after a while, lasting. Fruity, sweet flavor with pine cones, resin and some grass. Bready malts. Lasting finish. Quite decent this one, even though it's a quite uninteresting beer style. 220513
