Can. It's an unclear chestnut colored beer with a big off-white to beige head. The aroma is quite malty, with fruity caramel, dark dried fruit and a touch of piney hops. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, softly carbonated, with a mostly malty flavor. Bread crust, toffee, dark dried fruits and a light grassy, piney touch. Some figs. Medium length quite dry finish. A bit dull this one, but sure not bad. 220105

Can. Clear amber body under a long lasting, huge, foamy tan head. A bit weak aroma of dark malt, chocolate, and caramel. Nice taste, moderate sweet dark malt, chocolate and hint of caramel. Medium body and average aftertaste. A decent Christmas beer(or just dark bock) at grocery shop strength.
