Pours murky light mango into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface and hug rim. Dusty mango, passion fruit, guava and papaya aromas. Soft with sweet pear, mango and passion fruit upfront turning sharp and dry before the lasting tropical fruit skin finish.

Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, orange, grapefruit, pine and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long slightly warm, orange, grapefruit, citrus and piney finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

16oz can at Troubles End. Thick, but not quite opaque orange-tan body. Foamy, steady, white head. I've said it before; Strata is a dominating hop. While I was hoping for a bigger Rakau, I mostly got Strata. Has a nice mouthfeel, overall pretty solid for the style. Marmalade hop honey sweetness. Lacks any malt tone, which detracts from the score. Hops shine the more it warms up..berry tone, pineapple. Good.

Can. An unclear orange colored beer with a nice white head. The aroma has lots of grapefruit and pine cones, with generic citrus zest and tropical fruit notes. It's dry and nicely carbonated, smooth, with a good bitterness. Pineapple, grapefruit, orange and some grassy hints in the aroma, with a light maltyness. Lasting finish. Refreshing and tasteful, easy drinkable. 211231

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana, thanks Tom. Dated: 7-31-21. Aroma shows soft pine with grapefruit and peach. The pineapple and peachy flavors carry on into the flavor with a bit of bread a malt. Soft pine bitterness. Nicely balanced and crafted. Above average.

Can from tfontana, thanks for the trade. Hazy murky lemon yellow with a decent sized head that slowly recedes. Earthy grassy bitter citrus and stone fruits with a faint bread to counter.

Can (7/30/21) pour from Spruce Creek Provisions. It's an opaque yellow with light sparkle, 3-finger width white foamy head with excellent retention and nice rings of lacing. Aroma is initial strong mix of pine and grapefruit and other citrus with a hint of grape. Takes on a more pineapple and ripe berries aroma as it warms. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste with lingering dry bitterness. Overall, changes as it sits, which is kind of cool, but missing a bunch of what they describe.
