Appearance: Foggy chestnut brown with a decent head. Aroma and taste: Toast, caramel, pedigree yeast, thick dried fruit, esters, light hop. moderately sweet and bitter, Mouth feel: medium to full body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: Everything you would expect from a nice quad is there.

Bottle. An unclear dark auburn beer with a decent beige head. The aroma has lots of dried fruits, with alcohol, a meaty hint, toffee, some brown sugar and a light generic fruityness and a spiced notes. It's full bodied, lightly warming, and softly carbonated, with lots of delicious malty flavors. Dark dried fruits, toffee, hints of dark chocolate and spices, with a lot of toffee and some brown sugar. Lasting malty finish with a light alcoholic note. 211225
