On tap at the brewpub. It pours a clear copper colored body under a nice-looking white head. The aroma has raspberry and generic fruityness, some lemon, and a maltyness tending towards diacetyl. It’s medium bodied, semi-sweet and nicely carbonated, with mostly fruity flavors. Generic fruityness, raspberry, lemon hints and some citrus zest. Some raspberry seed bitterness. Medium length finish. A quite decent one. 210813

Vi går planken på Brix, som en effektiv mjukning og bli-kjent før Jæren Øl- og Siderfestival hos Bryne, aug-21: nesten helt klar rosa kobber med ok skum. Lett og frisk, bærsyrlig og elegant. Lang ettersmak med fin maltsødme.
