On tap at the brewpub. A clear, golden colored body is topped by a dense, finger-thick white head. Nice lacing. The aroma is a bit neutral, mostly fruity, with some grains and biscuits in the back. Grapefruit and apple. It’s medium to full-bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, with a good bitterness. Grapefruit, apple notes, toffee and pale malts in the flavor. Medium length mostly fruity finish, with some toffee and biscuity malts in the back. A bit weird this one, but quite nice anyway. 210813

Brix Brygghus 130821. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hopcitrus. flavor is fruit, malt, citrus,hop, sugarberries. OK beer.

Vi går planken på Brix, som en effektiv mjukning og bli-kjent før Jæren Øl- og Siderfestival hos Bryne, aug-21: helt klar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Lys malt, gress, furunål og litt citrus. Fin bitterhet i avslutningen.
