Etter gjæringen har ølet fått en infusjon av kakaonibs og vanilje. Sødmen fra melkesukkeret(laktose) balanserer surheten fra syrning og de sure kirsebær og gir en fløtekremet munnfølelse

On tap at the brewpub. A small, dense off-white head sits on top of an unclear amber colored body. The aroma feels cherry-sweet, with chocolate and a touch of lemon. It’s dry, lightly acidic and nicely carbonated, with less lemon in the flavor than in the aroma. Still sour though. Cherry dominated, with a good dash of chocolate blending in. Lasting cherry and chocolate finish. An interesting and quite fun beer, quite nice too. Best served with dessert, I think. 210813

Brix Brygghus 130821. Red color with a small head. Aroma is cherries, chocolate. flavor is cherries, chocolate, malt, vanilla, sourness, almond, cocoa. Very interesting and enjoyable beer.

Solid red pour Nice cherry aroma with a pleasant intensity Mellow fine sweetness and a pleasant mild acidity Cherry and lactic flavor Also a fine carbonation level. Easy to drink [On tap @ source]

Vi går planken på Brix, som en effektiv mjukning og bli-kjent før Jæren Øl- og Siderfestival hos Bryne, aug-21: lett uklar kirsebærrød med ok skum. Deilig bærsmak med kokos, vanilje og kakao (!) i tillegg. Saftig, lettdrikkelig og meget elegant. Denne gir mye på tross av sin lave vinkelhastighet.
