On tap at the brewpub. A pale golden colored beer with a faint hazyness and a finger-thick white head. The aroma is doughy and sourish fruity, with some rhubarb. It's medium bodied and pleasantly carbonated, quite acidic, with flavors of generic fruityness, hints of lemon and a quite doughy, bready maltyness. Rhubarb too. Lasting fruity finish. Too doughy and bready this one I think, else decent. 191004

Brix Brygghus Golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, bread. Flavor is sourness, lemon, bread, yogort, rhubarb, raspberries, lactose. OK beer.

Vi (dvs Gunnar, Holmen2 og jeg) går planken på Brix Brygghus som oppvarming til kveldens RBHD-samling hos Bryne: uklar rødoransje med flott skum som varer. Ltt parfymert aroma men spenstig og frisk smak med rabarbra, bringebær og litt lactose. Lett humlet. Stor drikkeglede i en lettøl!

From tap at Brix Brygghus with RB/HD 25.10.19. Cloudy peach colour. Dense white head and lacing. Refreshing aroma and taste of lactic acid, rhubarb, raspberries. Refreshing and quaffable!
