On tap @ the brewpub. Unclear pale golden body with a light white head. Refreshing aroma of passion fruit and lemon. Flavor is also refreshing with passion fruit, lemon, minerals and acid. Medium to light bodied and same refreshing fruity and dry acidic aftertaste. Nothing complex, but well balanced and nice within its style.

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. A lightly hazy yellow-orange beer with a small white head. The aroma has passionfruit, pale malts wort, bread dough, a hint of yoghurt and definitely feels sourish. It's full to medium bodied, dry and sourish on the palate, with a mostly fruity flavor. Passionfruit that is. Some lemony hints too, along with doughy malts and a hint of yoghurt. Lasting mostly fruity-sour finish. A refreshing and tasteful one, especially like the low level of yoghurt aroma and flavor. 190712
