Bottle. A lightly hazy yellowish colden colored beer with lots of carbonation and a small, dense, white head. The aroma has lots of ginger, sort of soapy, with some lime and a faint note of bread dough maltyness. Some oak notes show up after a while. It's acidic, medium bodied and a bit fizzy on the palate, with a ginger and lime fruityness. Grass hints, white bread, some bread dough and oak. Soapy, fruity finish. Sure not my kind of beer, even though it's refreshing in the summer heat we're having today. 210715

Bottle from Meny. Slightly unclear golden body under a huge white head that need some time to settle. Quite pleasant aroma of acidic ginger with hint of soap. Taste is fresh and nice, dominated by ginger and some kind of Berlin Weisse lemon type acidity. Can’t say any hint of whisky nor barrel taste is recognized here. Medium body and same aftertaste. Refreshing, but more like a medium sour ginger beer than anything else. A bit one-dimensional but I happend to love ginger so it's quite enjojable anyway.
