On tap at the brewpub. It's an unclear reddish orange colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Piney, grapefruity aroma with bread and a little sweetness. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-sweet and with a pleasant, although not typical for the style, bitterness. The beer sort of dries up in the finish. The flavor has a certain acidity, with citrus fruit dominating the flavor. Some bread and sweetness, and very little to none of the typical weissbier touch the style is known for. Dull, uninteresting and not much of a weizenbock. 190607

07.06.2019, tap @ Brygg:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head, hazy dark orangy color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish grassy, wet leafs, flowers, hay, grass, wet hops, bark, minerals, alcohol, yeast, fruit stones, dusty hops, paper, soil, bark, moss. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, weeds, bark, booze, hay, flowers, fruit stones, medicine, sour grass, soil, harsh hops, yeast, leafs, minerals. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry boozy mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.
