Notre Baltic Porter est d'une couleur noire opaque comme le charbon de nos régions. Sa mousse est beige, les bulles sont serrées et fines. Le nez est gourmand et complexe avec des notes de caramel, de café froid et de chocolat au lait. La bouche est riche, soyeuse, et nous laisse une pointe de fruits sec.

YG 081023. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is roasted/burned malt, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is dry, roasted/burned malt, coffee, chocolate, yeast, bread. Nice beer.

Bottle. A clear dark brown beer with a minimalistic beige head. Burnt, roasted aroma with a touch of wort. Coffee grit, dark chocolate and some prune. It's full bodied and semi-dry, with a soft carbonation. Roasted malts, coffee grit, some charcoal and prune in the flavor. Some sweetness and chocolate. Lasting finish. Quite nice this one, although a tad burnt. 231008

Bortimot svart med høyt beige skum. Lukter røstet malt, kaffe og noe karamell. Noe av det samme i smak. En anelse røk er det også.

Svart med beige skum. Lukter mørk sjokolade, kakaobønner og noe bål. Middels fylde. Smaker lett bitter kaffe, kakao og mørk sirup. Middels lang.
