8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, #213/310/343, 1,5 years after bottling. Pours hazy dark red, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of raspberries, dried fruits, farmhouse and floral notes, as well as rye bread, caramel, tannins and wooden barrels. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of raspberries, musty floral funk and fruit pits, as well as malty notes with leather and wine barrels. Semi dry finish.

KYGG 080423. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is acid, raspberries, caramel. Flavor is acid, raspberries,dried fruit, berries, wood, alcohol. Nice beer.

Pours hazy dark brown with a few off-white bubbles. Aroma has notes of raspberry, funk, malt and hint of caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long malty, caramel and tart raspberries. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 375cl corked. An unclear brown beer with a reddish hue. A minimalistic off-white head forms on top. The aroma has a good dash of raspberry, with notes of wood, grapes and a hint of lemon and alcohol. Dark dried fruit. It's quite dry on the palate, semi-tart and with a soft carbonation. Tannins. Dark berries, raspberry in particular, with wood, lemon notes, some alcohol and bready malts. Dark dried fruit and some bitterness. Long finish. A bit messy this one, although with some qualities and interesting aromas and flavors. Nice to share. 230408

Deep red, hazy with a minimal white/pink head. Aroma of red berries, malt and slightly wooden barrel sense. Medium sour with a sour red berries end. I'm not into sour beers, but liked this. Fresh
