0,7 flaske fra Sandalen, delt med E, S og K hjemme: klar blekgylden med fint bruseskum. Deilig aroma og intens smak av saftige epler med fin syre, passe sødme og stor dybde og kompleksitet (bl.a pærer ble nevnt). Vi var alle sprudlende fornøyde, en perfekt aperitif til kveldens rekefest.

KYGGK 210123. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is apples, yeast. Flavor is apples, yeast, sourness, vanilla, funk, tropical fruit. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl, from trade with Bryne. It pours a crystal clear golden colored body with some bubbles but no head. The aroma has a light funkyness, with fresh apple juice dominating. Pear drops, grass and some generic fruityness. It's full-bodied, dry and softly carbonated, with banana and generic tropical fruityness. Cheap sake-like cardboardish touch. It's medium to full-bodied, softly carbonated, dry and with lots of fruityness. Fresh apple juice, grass, apple cores and some funk in the flavor. Long finish. A bit strange, but nice anyway. 230121

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of sweet apple, white wine must, hint of unripe banana and yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a long apple and white wine finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
