Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sour apples, sorrel, flowers, minerals, hay, hints of raw rhubarb. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, apple cores, hay, minerals, alcohol, apple peel, flowers, hints of raw rhubarb. Medium bitteress, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

YG 110123. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, rhubarb. Flavor is apples, rhubarb, fruit, grass, herbs, spices, lemon, cellar. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It's a clear one, golden in color, with a few bubbles. No head. Fresh, apple aroma with some generic sour fruityness. Sort of grassy, herbal and spiced too. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry on the palate, with a light alcohol warmth. Apple juice, some apple cores and apple peel, sourness, almost lemony, with a faint cellar hint in the flavor. Dry apple driven flavor. Nothing particular going on, but very pleasant anyway. 230111
