Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, hay, apple peel, sour apples, minerals, berry skin, grass, bark, alcohol, dusty apples, hints of unripe dark berries. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish floral, apple peel, apple cores, bark, minerals, berry skin, sour grass, leafs, alcohol, unripe berries. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Solsletta Nyttårsaften 2022. Red color with white bubbles. Aroma is apples, black current, yeast, lemon. Flavor is apples, black current, yeast, lemon. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear candy red cider with some white bubbles on top. Dryish aro ma with apple juice, yeast hints and red berries. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, with lots of berry flavors. Some apple and lemony hints. Tart, lemony, citrusy and berry-ish. Long finish. Not my favorite this one. Sure drinkable. 221231
