Can. A big, creamy off-white to beige head leaves lacing over a clear golden colored body. Fruity, saison-ish aroma with grass notes, pale malts, yeast hints and some peppery hints. It's medium to thin bodied, softly carbonated and quite dry on the palate, with a decent bitterness. Pale malts, fruityness, grass hints, yeast and a touch of pepper in the flavor. Pear, apple, melon. Medium length finish. Too yeasty this one, guess it was canned too early. 221231

Can @ Patricks. Clear, deep golden under a huge, creamy off-white head. Aroma is kinda fruity with yeast. Nothing to do with mango and citric fruit, more in the direction of ripe apple and banana, at least closer to that kind of fruitiness. Taste is medium sweet, very soft, slightly toasted malt, fruity Belgium yeast and marshmallows. Medium body and same aftertaste. Unusually, even as a dark Saison. No very close to a regular saison really, but have something distinct Belgium flavors. Not super interesting but smooth and food friendly.
