Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, green apple and yeast. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long apple, malty and yeasty finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is fizzy.

Bottle. A clear one, golden in color and topped by a small white head. The aroma has a distinct sourness and some yeast, with pale malts, bread and some fruityness. Apple, pear, grape and an even fainter touch of banana. It's medium bodied and decently carbonated, quite dry, with a gentle bitterness. Bread, hay, pale malts, yeast notes, sourness and fruityness in the flavor. Medium length finish. Sure not my kind of pilsner, way too yeasty. 221231

0,33 flaske fra Fristeriets avdeling for kortreiste produkter: lys, lett og akkurat passe syrlig. Myk og behagelig om enn noe enkel. Topp score på utseendet i mitt elegante StormP-glass fra Jernbanecafeen i Dronning by.
