Sandalen Tørrpinn (apples from 2022 season!) - Dry sparkling Cider. Discovery and some Katy apples fermented with white wine yeast - controlled temperature. Filtrated and carbonated - suitable to be served in a champagne class. Limited edition - only available at certain restaurants and the farm shop. 0.375 liter champagne bottles with crown cap. This is the finalized version of the pre-released cider called Project 7.

Solsletta 181222. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, grass, alcohol. Flavor is apples, grass, lemon, alcohol, wood. Nice cider.

Bottle, 375ml, from trade with Bryne. A lightly sparkling pale golden colored cider with no head. The aroma is quite sweetish, with apple juice doing most of the work. Some apple pie, grass, lemon juice and hints of apple jam too. Quite acidic on the palate, not as carbonated as expected judging from the label description, dry and soft, with a touch of alcohol warmth. Apple juice, apple jam, lemon juice hints, grass, alcohol, woody notes and tannins in the flavor. Sweet apple finish with quite a lot of acidity. Nice indeed. 221218

0,375 flaske fra Sandalen Gård, delt med Kitty, Børge og Karen: blek strågul med kort bruseskum. Herlig eplesmak med dybde og varighet. Crisp as a cracker, her var det bare smilende fjes rundt meg.
