Limited edition - experiment in autumn/winter 2021, release with temporary label only. Sparkling complex cider (dryness/sweetness 6 on a scale from 1-10), made from 4 different batches of cider.
Perfect in combination with asian food and desserts.
2022 - Only available at the farm.

Production method: 30 Liter autumn apples: fermented with an uncommon white wine yeast

Production method winter apples 30L: Fermented with experimental champagne yeast.

Standard Norwegian apple cultivars fermented with beer yeast: 5L

Santana fermented with beer yeast.

Cross flow filtration, then
careful blending, carbonation and storage.

This cider is part of a wide range of experiments conducted in the autumn of 2021 with new apple varieties and experimental yeasts.

The experiment is logged and the cidery will attempt to re-create this Cider.

Solsletta 111222. Pale golden with no head. Aroma is apples, yeast, grapes. Flavor is apples, sugar, yeast, grapes, hay, fruit, lemon, cellar. Nice cider.

Bottle, 375ml, from trade with Bryne. It pours a thin short-lived white head over a clear golden colored body. Vinous, cellar-ish aroma with a strange sweetish touch. Yeast, raisin, grapes, hay and a good dash of apple. A bit weird aroma, not sure if I like it or not. It's full-bodied and almost buttery on the palate, nicely carbonated and semi-sweet, with a nice fruity sourness. Apple jam, apple pie and lemon hints. Quite long finish. A nice one, but not super nice. 221211

0,375 flaske fra Sandalens gårdsutsalg, delt med Kitty: klar lys gylden med en forlokkende aroma og kompleks smak av ulike eplesorter, hint av muscovadodruer. Du verden, jeg gleder meg allerede til neste epleinnhøsting. Her e' det møje smag, sa Kitty og smilte bredt. Lang og saftig ettersmak, her er vi i komfortsonens hovedmanesje.
