Pounder from Press. Mojito glass @home. Clear, pale gold, lightly fizzy. Mellow eating apples, soft citrus, weak clove, hidden vanilla nose. Crispy Macintosh-like skin tannins, semi-sweet leaning dry, lightly floral, laquer, steel, minerally, sharp & clean. Medium forced carbonation, thin, filtered, medium tart, impressed with the medium high acid, mellow abv is a bit sad. Drinkable if watered down. Sloshable & decent.

Can. A more or less clear one, pale yellow in color, with a small white head. Apple driven aroma with a cellar hint and some apple cores. Sort of grassy, smoked too in a strange way, not sure if I like it or not. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-dry and with a nice carbonation level. Unripe apple, fresh apple juice and some grass in the flavor. Apple cores and a touch of citrus. Lasting finish. A bit strange perhaps, but sure decent. 221113
