On tap at the brewpub. It’s an unclear orange-golden colored beer with a dense two-finger off-white head. Creamy curtains. The aroma has hints of DMS and grass, with a light fruityness. Some bread and a piney hint too. It’s quite dry on the palate, full to medium bodied and quite effervescent, with a pleasant bitterness. There’s a hint of DMS in the flavor too, but not much, with a light fruity sweetness. Apricot, honeydew melon and a light bready maltyness. Quite bitter finish. A pleasant lager, except for the DMS. 220812

Rerate, sample on tap, as Lilland Lager. Tastes like a decent Dortmunder. I'm upping the flavour and mouthfeel scores a couple points. Original rating: Shared bottle at Lilland tasting. Should be called a Czech Lager, as it has Saaz hops, and no German hops at all. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of floral Saaz hops. Tastes \"unfinished\" and slightly yeasty with hints of green apples, should probably have been fermented and lagered longer. Distinct bitterness, but the alcohol is dominant.

Shared bottle at Lilland Brewery Hotel 05.06.20. Translucent straw colour. Aroma and taste of meadowy hops, pilsner malt, sweet malts and succade Well balanced with good drinkability.
