YG 090822. Goldencolor with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavor is fruit, malt, hop, hay, grass, bread. Ordinary beer.

Can. It's a more or less clear one, golden in color, with a finger thick white head. The aroma has a nice crisp maltyness, biscuity and lightly bready, with grassy and piney notes, and a peppery hint. It's more on the fruity side in the mouth, lightly citrusy, with some grass and pine cones, and some bready notes in the back. Medium to full body and a soft carbonation. Semi-dry. Medium length finish. A decent pilsner indeed. 220809

0,33 boks fra Statens Seruminstitutt på Kvaddå, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. En deilig pilsner i tsjekkisk stil, hvor de har latt Saaz-humlen få fritt spillerom i en god maltbase. Urter, krydder, florale toner og hint av skogbunn som sammen med en fin maltsødme gir en balansert og meget lettdrikkelig helhet.
