Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of meadow, hay and citrus. Dry and bitter taste, chezc malt, citrus and spruce. Quality pilsner.

On tap at the brewpub. It's lightly hazy, golden in color, with a beautiful, creamy, finger thick white head leaving curtains. The aroma is gentle but nice, with bready, almost biscuity pale malts, some grassy and piney hops and a faint herbal hint. It's perhaps a bit effervescent on the palate, quite dry and crisp, with a good body. The flavor has a gentle bitterness, some piney and resiny hops and a pleasant malty backdrop. Medium length hop driven finish with some pale malts. A really nice pilsner and first encounter with this brewpub. 220729

Golden color with almost no head. Moderate to mild intensity in the aroma. So not easy to point out anything. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Malty and herbal flavor. Quite dull and boring stuff.
