Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, red berries, alcohol, minerals, elderflower, grass, hay, sour apples, dusty hops, berry skin. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, red berries, sour apples, sorrel, berry skin, minerals, alcohol, apple cores, elderflower, hops, flowers. Slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

YG 060722. Red orange color with white bubbles. Aroma is apples, red berries. Flavor is apples, raspberies, red berries, floral. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A more or less completely clear one, orangey red in color, with some white bubbles on top. The aroma feels lightly licorish-ish at first, with a good dash of raspberry and a hint of apple. Quite flowery, but not really elderflowery. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-dry, with a light carbonation. Raspberry, hints of redcurrant and some flower in the flavor, with apple in the back. Medium length finish driven by red berries. Didn't really catch any hops, but sure a fine rosé cider. 220706
