Draught @ Barrels Pours deep golden with an off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, funk, grain, citrus, belgian yeast, floral. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a funky, yeasty and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy

On tap at Tritonia/Barrels. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Mild funk, yeast, herbs, fruit and grass. The finish on the dry side.

On tap at Barrel. An unclear orange beer with a creamy off-white head. Lightly funky aroma with fruityness, some piney notes, a hint of alcohol and a good dash of Belgian yeast spiciness. Some malts too, bready. It's full bodied and well carbonated, lightly warming, in a very pleasant way, and with a good bitterness. Fruity and faintly funky flavor, herbal, lightly malty. Lasting finish. Way too long since my last Fantome beer, and although not my favorite one, it's sure nice. 240722

Appearance - murky yellow, lively white head. Nose - funky, lemon and bread. Taste - candied lemon, bready. White pepper. Palate - light to medium bodied, zesty finish. Overall - good example of the style.
