YG 170724. Golden color . Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, lemon, apple core, apple, peel. Ordinary cider.

Bottle, 75cl. From trade with Bryne. It's a well sparkling clear golden colored cider. Fresh apple juice, almost lemony, with some apple peel and alcohol. It's quite dry on the palate, with a tannin-ish bitterness. Full body and a little warmth, nice carbonation. Lemony apple flavor with some grass and apple peel. Hints of apple cores. Medium length finish. A bit rough this one, and not very complex either. Sure drinkable though, guess we're getting spoiled on good cider in Norway these days. Still, hope the cidery improves until next time. 240716

0,75 flaske fra produsenten via Brynes spedisjon, hjemme: klar gylden med bruseskum. Eplearoma, hva annet skulle det være? Muligens et hint av lær og mynte? Litt stram smak, som om en del av eplene ikke har vært ordentlig modne. Fin karbonering, men tynn munnfølelse, halvtørr avslutning, kort ettersmak og dessverre ikke verdt de 199 pensjonskronene.
