From bottle @ Qvarteret. Clear, lively carbonated with a small and immediate disappearing white head. Aroma is clean, pure apple with an acidic touch. Taste is also a rather pure, refreshing apple cider, quite dry with hint of lemon acid. When the glass becomes a bit closer to room temperate the apple flavour feels more distinct. Nice and refreshing, clean without any funk or cellar notes.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Sørlandet Matfestival. A clear straw colored cider with a small white head. Clean apple aroma, hints of lemon and grass. Some apple core notes. It's dry and medium bodied, nicely carbonated, with fresh apple juice doing most of the flavor work. There's notes of grass and a faint lemony acidity too. Medium length finish. A nice one indeed. Only had time for a quick taste due to closing hours, but will for sure revisit. 240712
