Sørlandets Matfestival 2024. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is lemon, sourness. Flavor is lemon, sourness, fruit, bread, yoghurt. Nice beer.

Bottle, at Sørlandet Matfestival. A clear golden colored beer with a small white head. Sourish aroma with lemon and a lightly bready hint. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated. Dry, with a sweet fruityness. Lemon flavor with a very lightly bready hint. Medium length finish. Refreshing, but too one dimensional for me. At least no yoghurt aroma or flavor. 240711
