Tap @ Brygghuset. Slightly unclear golden body with low carbonation under a small, fast disappearing white head. Mild acidic aroma with lots of peaches. Taste is soft, smooth pale malt, lemon and peach. Almost surprised that there is actually no peach in this brew. Balanced body with a tart and fruity aftertaste. Really easy drinkable lambic kind of beer.

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. A still, headless beer, golden to amber in color. Well, some bubbles are present. Fruity, fresh aroma with a very faint touch of vinegar and a light lemony funk. Berry notes, some pleasant malts too. It's tart on the palate, full to medium bodied and very lightly carbonated. Fruity flavor with berries, lemon and some malt notes. A faint vinegary hint. Not very complex, but really refreshing and quenching. 240711
