Bottle 750ml @ Rasmus hytte. Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma has notes of apple, pear, tartness and grape skin. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a long dry, tart, apple and pear finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is flat.

YG 060724. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, yeast, pear. Flavor is apple, pear, yeast, pear, fruit, funk, gosseberries. Nice. cider.

Bottle, 75cl winecorked. A still, very lightly hazy golden colored cider/perry. Quite funky aroma, fruity, but in a more gentle way than for a regular cider. Guess the pears are responsible for this. Melon, green grapes, hints of gooseberry and some hints of grass, fresh hay and apple cores. Even the apple aroma is subdued. It's tart on the palate, medium bodied and more or less without carbonation. The flavor is quite acidic, lightly funky, with lemon and barnyard, some leather. Pear, apple and some grape and melon. Medium length finish. Lacks some body and most likely carbonation this one I think, but I like the aroma and flavor profile. 240705
