Sampled from tap at Brouwersfestival Utrecht 2016. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish-malty, spicy aroma of caramel, honey and clove. Sweetish-malty, spicy taste of caramel, honey and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, spicy finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra Nieuwegein. Clear golden with a white head. Grainy aroma. Sweet taste with a hint of soap. A sub par not that exciting Belgian blonde beer.

Tap @ UBF ’15. Clear golden blonde color. White head, sticky, good lace. Aroma’s: fruits & grain, with candy sugar and sweet fruits retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet, herbal. Light bodied, but not too thin. Finishes with some herbs & spices, lightly bitter. Decent.

van de tap op @UBF15, helder gouden met witte kraag. aroma komt kruidig binnen, verder zoet en moutig. Smaken zijn vrij dun, wat droog, gist en mouten, lichte hop, zwakke body, erg kruidig en iets wat mij stoort, kon mij niet erg boeien.

Tap @ UBF 2015, small sample. Clear golden color, short frothy head. Aroma has some spicy yeast, bit grainy malt, hay, flowery hops. Soft bitter in taste, slight spicy touch. Very well balanced and I was pleasantly surprised by this not so interesting beer style. But well done.

Draught @ UBF 2015. Clear golden color, medium sized white head that lasts for quite a long time and leaves fair to good lacing. Aroma is malts, lightly hops, lightly sweetish, a hint of herbs and slightly yeast. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad at all.
