Crafted with great care and aged to perfection, this blend has been carefully selected to bring you something truly unique. We sourced the best bourbon and brandy barrels and aged a heavy barleywine in it for over 12 months. With a complex grain bill and a combination of luxurious barrels, this beer will take you on a journey through different layers of aroma, taste and complexity.
The beer pours thick, with a very dark red hue and with a light brown head as. In the aroma you will find loads of wood, pure chocolate ganache, dried fruits and leather. The flavor is boozy with dried fruits and salmiak. Rich in flavor, luxurious, and boozy. The beer has a long finish which is boozy, and caramelly.

Can. An unclear brown beer with a small beige head soon diminishing into a ring of bubbles. The aroma is vinous and malty, with a light piney hint. Caramel, toffee, raisin, coconut, roasted notes, bourbon, alcohol and a very light meaty touch. It's full bodied and warming, nicely carbonated and with good bitterness. Sweet, with brown sugar and caramel. Some hints of piney hops. Lots of dark dried fruit, some leather, booze and chocolate. Even a faint hint of coffee. Really lasting finish. A really delicious Barley Wine, although perhaps a bit alcoholic. 240501
