Can 330ml @ Sommerhuset. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coconut, oak and lactose. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, coconut, lactose and chocolate finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Can. An unclear dark brown one, topped by a small beige head. The aroma is roasted and lightly burnt, with some oats, coffee, vanilla and coconut. It's full bodied, lightly warming and nicely carbonated, semi sweet and with a decent bitterness. The flavor has roasted malts, coffee, licorice, some dark dried fruit and alcohol. Hints of coconut and lactose. Lasting finish. Finally a lactose brew that isn't all about the cloying sweetness. 240430

ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, coconut - coconut milk, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, coffee - chocolate, coconut, chocolate, vanilla. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20230203]
