YG 040224. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is apples, sourness. Flavor is apples, sourness, apple core, grass, alcohol. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75c corked. It's a lightly sparkling pale golden colored cider, clear, with no head. The aroma is a bit gentle I think, quite juicy, with some apple cores and grass. Cellar hints. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-dry, with a touch of alcohol warmth and a gentle carbonation. Apple cores, apple juice and some grassy hints in the flavor. Lasting apple driven finish. A bit too straight forward this one, but tasteful and easy drinkable anyway. 240202
