Bottle 750ml @ yngwie - Nyttår 2023. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is tart with notes of apples and citrus. Taste is light sweet and light to medium sour with a long dry, tart, apple and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Misty pale yellowish body, poor lacing, naked at the surface. Moderate smell of apple skins. Mid-tart apples to the taste profile, semi-dry. Rounded ending of mid-dry apples, tart and sweet. Fair enough (Tromsø, 14.06.2024).

Bottle, 75cl corked. A hazy straw colored cider with some white bubbles. The aroma is citrusy and fruity with lots of apple. Fresh apple juice, some apple cores and overripe apples. Sort of woody. It's semi-tart and nicely carbonated, with a touch of alcohol. Ripe apple, apple juice, citrus and generic fruityness in the flavor. Long finish. Really refreshing and tasteful. 231231

Bottle @ home. Slightly unclear pale straw-golden body under a small white head. Aroma of acidic apple. Taste is clean apple, quite acidic, might lack some complexity but very refreshing. Medium body with a tart, acidic aftertaste.
