Bottle 750ml @ yngwie - Nyttår 2023. Pours clear deep red with a pink head. Aroma is light tart with notes of apple and cherries. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long cherry and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught@TCBW2023. Hazy red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is berries, cherries and some apple ciders with a slight hint of sea buckthorn. Flavour is sea buckthorn, some apples, mild wood, cherries and some slight oaky tones to it.

Big fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, berry skin, apple cores, dried cherries, minerals, grass, herbs, bark, flowers, sour apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, grass, berry skin, sour cherries, minerals, leafs, hay, oak, yeast, flowers, fruit salt, mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear candy red cider with some pink bubbles. Funky, cherry driven aroma with some oak and a very faint hit of vinegar. Sourish. It's tart and medium bodied, softly carbonated and quite acidic, with a cherry driven flavor. Not much plum or sea buckthorn detected. Hints of vinegar and oak. Some almond. Long finish with cherry dominating. Really delicious this one. 231231
