YG 261223. Orange color with some bubbles. Aroma is apples, alcohol, funk, vinegar. Flavor is apple, rum, aquavit, oak, funk, vinegar, alcohol, grass. Ordinary.

Bottle. A hazy dark orange colored cider with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is funky and a bit vinegary, with some alcohol. Apple, apple cores and some grass. Pear drops. It's tart and nicely carbonated, faintly tannin-ish. with an apple driven finish. Vinegar, funky notes, alcohol, oak notes and a generic fruityness in the flavor. Quite long finish. A bit too much vinegar going on here, and too much tannins in the finish, but interesting. 231226
