Gold in color with a three finger head. Aroma is Belgium spices. Tastebis also Belgium spices. Not as good as I was expecting.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A hazy orange-golden beer with a dense, off-white head. Some lacing. The aroma is lightly funky, with a very pleasant fruityness. Peach, citrus hints and a peppery yeastiness. Sort of candy-like notes too. Pale malts in the back. It’s full-bodied and with a good carbonation. Some sweetness going on, but it’s still quite dry. Peach, apricot, some citrus zest and pale malts in the flavor. Bread notes too, and a pleasant peppery yeastiness. Lasting fruity finish with obvious impact from the yeast. Quite delicious this one, could easily have finished the bottle alone. 231125

750 c&c from Bine & Vine. Pours copper tinged gold with a foamy/creamy near-white head. Cider wafts from the pour. Aroma of ginger, cider and earthiness. Med body or so. Flavor is earthy, gingery. Ginger isn't overpowering, but the cider seems to have gotten lost. Nice level of ginger, and the earthiness supports the idea that this is a saison. Finally getting barely detetectable apple. This is a very pleasing and tasty drink (for those who adore ginger - not necessarily for those who adore Ms. Rogers tho).
