Draught Layered black to cream-tawny head, ultra dense and -fine; jet-black beer leaving textbook lace. Roast, shoepolish, tarr, whisky and aromas from heather and cypress. Rather sweet, whisky, whiff of nutmeg. Dark berries, tarred wood. Wood, peat, moss, lingonberry. Very thick, chewy, alcoholheat. Good carbonation! A very good balance sweet-roast-whisky, which is rare these days of tuttifrutti pastry stouts. I like it!
