Fruited Sour w/ Passionfruit, Orange, Guava & Lime Zest
For our final release of the week we have the newest addition to our fruited sour series, Hypnotize.
As always, this beer started with a neutral sour beer base that we then blended in copious amounts of passionfruit, orange and pink guava puree before conditioning it on fresh lime zest. This version is super tropical and refreshing with a lovely balance struck between tart, tangy and sweet.

Passionfruit, guava, lime, orange, biscuit malt, and lime peel aroma. Cloudy golden yello with giant white head. Light sweet-tart guava, passionfruit, lime, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter lime peel flavor. Good body.
