A very hop forward IPA. Big Casino borrows its name from the story of Pat Garrett and Billy The Kid. Before the Kid was killed by Garrett in 1881, the two men where good friends and would play cards together in the gambling house. ‘Casino’ was the game they would play. Billy and Pat even adopted the nicknames ‘Little Casino’ and ‘Big Casino’ respectfully, after the trump card hands in the game.

33cl can from #Bitter Virtue, pours yellow with a full nice white head. Aroma of orange, citrus, hay, straw, yeast and malt. Taste is some metal/iron notes in it, yeast, orange, mango, peach, biscuit malt, quite hoppy, medium body, pretty co2. didn’t like the metallic notes.
