New Zealand IPAs are all about showcasing the hops, and thanks to our pals at Brewers Select, we had our pick of the freshest range of New Zealand hops that Crosby Hops had to offer. We went for an eclectic mix of Moutere, Pacific Sunrise, Motueka, and some lovely Nelson Sauvin CGX.
Wings has a clean malt profile and a neutral yeast which allows these gorgeous hops to shine all the way through. The aroma is dominated by intense hits of ripe grapefruit and tangy pineapple, with a relaxed funkiness on the finish. Paired with a fluffy mouthfeel and a subtle, clean bitterness.
Hot Side - Motueka and Pacific Sunrise. Cold Side - Moutere and Nelson Sauvin CGX

0,44 boks fra Clapton Craft Kentish Town, hjemme: lett uklar strågylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig aroma og smak med ananas, søt citrus og en liten lychee. God maltkropp og de lekre NZ-humlene får boltre seg i ganen. Mild bitterhet og tydelig mersmak i den saftige avslutningen.

Can at the Strait and Narrow Lincoln. Hazy pale yellow colour with a white head. Plenty and citrus zesty with some grape light tropical fruit. Crisp body.
